Hi All,

I really think that bloglines is very cool. Libraries may be able to take advantage of this technology by monitoring various sources of information such as news, weather, book reviews, and book club selections or we may be able to use this to keep in touch with customers during their search for information sources while they are working on a research paper by having them write down the research process or problems they are having in a blog.

7 ½ Habits of Highly Successful Lifelong Learners

Hi All,
This post is my comment on the "7 1/2 Habits of a Highly sucessful Lifelong Learner" (see below) . We are supposed to pick which of the habits are the easiest and the hardest for us personally. I guess the easiest for me would be using technology to your advantage. I try to keep up with new technology. The hardest will probably be teaching and mentoring others. I am ok in small groups but feel uncomfortable in front of large groups. For some people Play would probably be difficult since as adults we lose that sense of wonder and feel awkward if we feel we are not accomplishing something.

Habit 4: Have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner
